20 years ago I was in a project that considered building neural computer which learns and adapts similar to agent-based modeling. Now, in cM I implemented all components for system-wide learning and adaptation using agent-based modeling, so I welcome collaborative projects in this direction to build realistic self-tuning computer systems.
