In MILEPOST project, we collaborated with CAPS Entreprise to decompose applications into codelets for faster auto-tuning combined with machine learning. We plan to add either codelet finder from CAPS or any other tool (say ROSE-based) to help end-users decompose their applications into simpler, tunable and adaptable codelets (particularly for heterogeneous architectures).
