Manifesto / motivation
It nowadays became ultra popular to write numerous manifestos on reproducible research and experimentation in computer engineering and science. In contrast, we have been enabling and evangelizing reproducibility of experimental results since 2006 as a side effect of our public R&D on machine learning based self-tuning compiler connected to a public repository of optimization knowledge cTuning.org.
