Manifesto / motivation
It is nowadays very popular to write numerous manifestos on reproducible research and experimentation in computer engineering and science. In contrast, we have been working on technical aspects of sharing and reproducibility of experimental results in computer engineering since 2006 as a side effect of our public R&D on crowdsourcing auto-tuning through a public repository of optimization knowledge cTuning.org and combining it with predictive analytics.
