The main aim of the non-profit cTuning foundation is to help the community
develop and improve an open-source technology and methodology for
collaborative, systematic and reproducible computer engineering,
as well as to enable faster, smaller, cheaper and more reliable computer systems.

Grigori Fursin started cTuning project in 2006 to share artifacts and predictive models with the community,
opened cTuning.org in 2008, and established non-profit cTuning foundation in 2014 to support Collective Knowledge initiative.
